About Peakless Capital
Peakless Capital is a privately held investment company that focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add Multi-Family properties. We specialize in repositioning well located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.
Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on Multi-Family properties. The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, Multi-Family has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within Multi-Family, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Our approach to acquiring and managing real estate is modeled on the successes of our investment experiences. Real estate investment is the cornerstone of consistent wealth. Multi-Family investments generate ongoing passive income with a focus on appreciation over time through added value. Real estate is a physical asset that can always be monetized by renting, selling, or refinancing the property, irrespective of financial market conditions. This makes real estate a far more stable investment compared to stocks and bonds that are highly susceptible to the day to day fluxes in the market. Furthermore, within the real estate investment space, multifamily assets have proven to be the safest asset class.

Ryan Cady
Managing Partner
Ryan is focused on Investor Relations for Peakless Capital. Ryan was born in Sioux Falls, SD and grew up in North Florida. He is #5 of 7 kids. At the age of 17 Ryan started working for his Father. By 19 he was promoted to a Sales Territory Manager and by the age of 27 was named President of a Multi-Million dollar company. From 2011 - 2016 Ryan was also Co-Owner of a Branded Merchandise Marketing company along with his younger brother. Although Ryan exited that company in 2016, that business is still a successful company today. Ryan has always had an interest in Real Estate, after dabbling with being a Realtor, buying Single Family Homes, turning investment properties into Airbnbs, he discovered his real passion for Real Estate in Multi-Family Investing.
Mikayla Miller
Managing Partner
Mikayla focuses on sourcing and acquiring the asset for Peakless Capital.
Mikayla grew up in Minneapolis Minnesota as an only child. Mikayla started out as a Chemical Engineer, moved to Process Engineer, then to Project Management Consulting and now to Multi-Family Real Estate Investing.
Mikayla started her first investment at the age of 12 inspired by her Grandfather, who always had a passion for investing in stocks. Since then Mikayla has strived to understand more about investing from experts in the industry. This brought her to Multi-Family Real Estate Investing.
